Locate and Install Citrix Workspace from Google Play Store

Configuration

First Launch of Citrix Workspace App:

    Prompt > Allow Workspace to access photos, media, and files on your device? Select DENY.

    Prompt > Allow Workspace to make and manage phone calls on your device? Select DENY.

    Prompt > Allow Workspace to record audio on your device? Select DENY.

    Prompt > Allow Workspace to use Citrix Workspace service on your device? Select DENY.

    Prompt > Allow Workspace to access this device's location? Select DENY.

Getting Started:

    Tap Get Started.

    Type > https://hvd-rtp1.fidelity.com

    Note: The gateway address can be changed later.

    DO NOT select Add Account type as Web Interface. > Tap Continue.

  • Sign In:Enter Fidelity Email
  • Click Next
  • Enter the Passwrod and Click Sign in
    • VW PWD
  • Approve the MFA
    • VW MFA
  • Stay Signed in? Click Yes
    • VW SSIN

    Store Prompt > select myworkpc > Tap Continue.

Changing your Gateway

    As we were configuring CWA, we selected RTP1 as the initial gateway. To change to a different region follow these steps:

    Open CWA to view the Account that was configured.

    To edit, tap the pencil icon.

    Open CWA to view the Account that was configured.

    Pull down the Pick Gateway menu and select the desired gateway.

    gateways 

    hvd-rtp = Eastern US 

    hvd-oma = Midwest US
