Before Your Flight

    For best results, ensure you have the latest Ivanti VPN Client software installed (Company Portal for Windows / Self Service for macOS)

Connecting

    Ivanti VPN will not connect until there is an available network with Internet access.

    Verify within the establishment their advertised WiFi Connection. Do not guess.

    A customized Captive Portal page should appear with a User Agreement. Follow the prompts.

    Ivanti VPN should then start connecting automatically.

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    Try http (for example) http://deltawifi.com

    Try a different browser

    Chrome - Try incognito Mode

    Edge - Try InPrivate Mode

    Copy/Paste the URL the WiFi host publishes

    Once connected to WiFi, click on the WiFi connection to see if additional instructions appear

    If present, launch Secondary VPN desktop icon
