ERA Web

Note:

    Microsoft InTune is the preferred mobile access platform. Not all sites will be available here.

Requirements:

    CompareTool.fmr.com must show associate's EDA Revoke as N. This is an HR flag your manager will need to request.

    A Valid LAN account, Password, and at least one mobile device registered with Symantec VIP. Call Techworks for assistance.

    A supported browser: Chrome or Edge Chromium browser. All other browsers will be "best effort" support.

Accessing ERA Web Portal

Using a Web Browser navigate to era.fidelity.com.

Under Web Access, select Log in.

ERA Web Portal

Users with Symantec VIP installed on their mobile device:

  • Corporate ID (Omit Domain Name)
  • LAN Password
  • Leave PUSH as-is
  • Launch Symantec VIP on mobile device*
  • Click on Log In on website
  • Tap Approve within the SVIP application on mobile device
  • * If SVIP is permitted to make notifications on mobile device, a prompt will appear automatically without having to open the application manually.
  • Users with physical tokens/cards:

  • Corporate ID (Omit Domain Name)
  • LAN Password
  • Erase PUSH and type in the SVIP Security Code (do not type in your PIN)
  • Click on Log In on website
  • You will now be sent to the ERA Web portal.

      In the portal, you will notice the top 5 websites accessed.

      Use the search bar to type in a website that isn't listed and click Browse.

      Use the Home button to return to the main menu.

      Use the Sign Out button to end session.


    Troubleshooting Connection Problems


    Logon Page Repeatedly Displayed / Submission Error

  • Ensure the correct credentials were provided. The password is case sensitive.
  • Manually type in the Security Code promptly. Each code lasts 30 seconds.
  • Use Chrome Incognito Mode or Edge In-Private Mode
